Yesterday Harut fought at Glory 50 in Chicago and won the Welterweight Title.
Harut Grigorian had to fight the previous champion Murthel Groenhart. Harut Grigorian has a record of 46 wins and 11 losses, Groenhart has a record of 67 wins and 22 losses.
The last time they fought each other was in June 2017, Grigorian lossed that fight. Yesterday's fight was not only a redemption fight but also a fight for the Welterweight Title.
Before the fight they had the weigh-ins, you can watch the video of the weigh-in here. Later that night Harut stood agains Murthel once again. Harut knocked down Murthel in the first round with 1,5minutes left on the clock and wins the fight! And not only the fight, he defeated the champion and became the GLORY Welterweight Champion of the World!!
